Consolidating “One off” Programs into One Centralized Platform

Perks.com conducted an assessment of the Recognition and Reward programs for this client. Each division at the bank, mortgage, retail banking, call center, corporate staff, and commercial had their own programs, supplier, website and operating guidelines. Over 25 various programs were inventoried.

Online Sweepstakes: Cable Network

Perks.com initiated an email referral campaign to spread the word about the program. Email were initially sent to existing subscribers, who were then encouraged to “refer a friend” to the program. Incentive for participation was provided by a fun movie trivia quiz and a sweepstakes giveaway of a home theater system.

Online Sweepstakes: Auto Search Engine

Perks.com used an existing customer base, combined with supplemental email list and presented a sweepstakes automatic entry opportunity merely for performing a car search using the company’s search engine. Also augmented the auto-entry offer with an online referral campaign to increase the audience size and offer additional opportunities for sweepstakes entries.

Distributor Sales: “Moving the Middle”

Perks.com conducted an assessment of all distributors. Results of the assessment showed the greatest opportunity for improvement was with the bottom and middle distributor tiers. Tiers were set up for the various performing groups to compete against each other.

Safety Program: Oil Refinery

Perks.com recommended a two-prong approach: Training and reporting of unsafe work conditions. Incentives were offered to participants who used knowledge gained from safety training and reporting unsafe working conditions to work safely.
