Senior Business Manager

The Senior Business and Client Relationship Manager in the Program Management Department will be the primary contact with existing account stakeholders. The candidate should demonstrate skills related to gathering and analyzing client and market data which will be used to grow key accounts and minimize overall risk associated with certain accounts.

Program Administration: To be the link between our services and the clients needs. To creatively meet each client's needs by utilizing our existing services or developing new services while optimizing the use of internal resources.

Program Development: To serve as an program expert and a business consultant ensuring that each client's needs are met beyond their expectation; anticipating client's needs and challenges and advising them of ways to increase the effectiveness of their program.

Client Development: To discover new profit generating applications for our services. To seek ways to either profitably broaden our scope of services or help our clients in new ways or in new segments of their organization.

General Expectations:

  • Establish and strengthen relationships with client stakeholders and program administrators
  • Perform continuous client analysis and propose growth strategies
  • Identify the client's needs and implement appropriate Perks solutions
  • Guide and direct the client toward greater results
  • Understand the conditions and environment of the client's program, communicate those details to management in an efficient, structured manner.
  • Build relationships with and communicate directives to the Development, Creative,Merchandising and Customer Care teams. Work closely with Program Management team on carrying out initiatives.

Necessary skills:

  • Effective communication skills: written, listening, and speaking
  • Ability to meet deadlines and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Demonstrated talent for identifying and resolving challenges

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in using Windows and internet applications
  • Flexible and hard working
