Customer Care Manger

Perks.com is seeking a Customer Care Manager.


The ideal candidate should possess experience in managing customer service representatives, as well as possess exceptional communication and consulting skills. Candidates should have experience working with a vendor network, and managing e-commerce for a large user network. We offer a face-paced atmosphere for driven professionals grow with a dynamic, growing organization.

.NET developer

Perks.com has an immediate need for a sharp .NET developer with database driven development experience.

This position is responsible for the design and development of custom .NET applications in support of enterprise software and other company systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements, design and develop custom .NET applications.
  • Create and document a conceptual and detailed design for both program logic and interface data.
  • Develop well-engineered program code based on a description of the business logic.
  • Solicit and/or perform code reviews.
  • Maintain and modify interfaces based on approved change requests.
  • Test completed program code for adherence to specifications.
  • Analyze performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies.
Qualifications:
  • Strong application development experience with Microsoft .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, and ADO.NET.
  • Development experience with XML and XML Web Services.
  • Web application development experience with HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets.
  • Knowledge and expertise with Microsoft SQLServer 2005.
  • Desired experience, knowledge and expertise in business and systems analysis and design and project life cycle methodology, best practices and processes.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with Telerik RadControls
  • Experience with EntitySpaces Business Objects for .Net
  • Very strong interpersonal relationship, team building, collaboration and facilitation skills.
  • Very strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Personal time management skills and ability to meet individual and team deadlines.
