Jeff Ford is a co-founder of Perks and was the original architect of Perks’ SAAS incentive solution. He’s spent the past 9 years managing everything from IT to Operations to Finance. He is passionate about technology and how the web has changed the way we work and motivate our employees, partners, and customers.

Before Perks, Jeff spent 4 years as a web developer and 6 years as a controller in the distribution and logistics industry. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, from the University of Central Arkansas.

He brings his dog Xee to work every day and considers himself lucky to be a part of such a great team.

Steve Timmerman - VP of Business Development

Steve Timmerman is a co-founder of Perks.com and oversees all sales and marketing functions. He possesses 30-years of experience building businesses ranging from internet start-up to multi-billion dollar manufacturer. He was previously Vice President of Marketing for Electrolux, LLC where he oversaw management of the company’s 75 year-old brand for its legendary canister vacuum. He also oversaw the development of scores of sales incentive programs for the company’s 10,000 member sales force. Mr. Timmerman held the post of President of Oreck Corporation’s licensed retail division, where he lead the development of hundreds of Oreck Floor Care Centers throughout North America. Mr. Timmerman developed ongoing dealer incentive programs for this network, driving record sales of the Oreck’s famous 8 lb. lightweight vacuum. Previous to that Mr. Timmerman was Vice President of Sales for Pace Analytical, a national network of commercial Environmental Laboratories. He oversaw laboratory operations for Texasgulf Chemicals Aurora, NC Phosphate mining operations and chemical fertilizer plants.

He holds a B.S. in Environmental Chemistry from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University in New York.

Chuck Foster - Director of IT

Chuck joined Perks.com in 2006. He is now the IT Director and oversees all of the software development and technology infrastructure. He has written and overseen software development in the medical industry, for government, and as a consultant. He specializes in web and database technologies. He holds a B.S.B.A. in Information Systems from the University of Arkansas.

Mary Jo began working with Perks in 2005 as an accounting consultant. She is currently the Director of Rewards and manages Perks global merchandise offerings.

Prior to joining Perks, Mary Jo has owned and managed her own accounting business since 2005. Before that, she was CFO for a local business, partnered in various real estate ventures and worked in public accounting at Baird, Kurtz & Dobson. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Arkansas.
