Jeff Ford is a co-founder of Perks and was the original architect of Perks’ SAAS incentive solution. He’s spent the past 9 years managing everything from IT to Operations to Finance. He is passionate about technology and how the web has changed the way we work and motivate our employees, partners, and customers.

Before Perks, Jeff spent 4 years as a web developer and 6 years as a controller in the distribution and logistics industry. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, from the University of Central Arkansas.

He brings his dog Xee to work every day and considers himself lucky to be a part of such a great team.

Jeff Martin has more than 22 years experience in the software solutions, business development and facilities management. Before moving to Vice President of Sales, Jeff spent 5 years managing operations for Perks and insuring our client’s successes with their incentive and recognition programs.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, and Master’s in Business/Drug Design Informatics from Northwestern University. His philosophy on life is Ride or Die.

Mr. Timmerman is a co-founder of Perks.com and oversees all sales and marketing functions. He possesses 30-years of experience building businesses ranging from internet start-up to multi-billion dollar manufacturer. He was previously Vice President of Marketing for Electrolux, LLC were he oversaw management of the company’s 75 year-old brand for its’ legendary canister vacuum. He also oversaw the development of scores of sales incentive programs for the company’s 10,000 member sales force.

Mr. Timmerman held the post of President of Oreck Corporation’s licensed retail division, where he lead the development of hundreds of Oreck Floor Care Centers throughout North America. Mr. Timmerman developed ongoing dealer incentive programs for this network, driving record sales of the Oreck’s famous 8 lb. lightweight vacuum. Previous to that Mr. Timmerman was Vice President of Sales for Pace Analytical, a national network of commercial Environmental Laboratories. He oversaw laboratory operations for Texasgulf Chemicals Aurora, NC Phosphate mining operations and chemical fertilizer plants.

He holds a B.S. in Environmental Chemistry from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University in New York.

Mr. Foster is the IT Director at Perks.com and oversees all of the software development and technology infrastructure. He has written and overseen software development in the medical industry, for government, and as a consultant. He specializes in web and database technologies. He holds a B.S.B.A. in Information Systems from the University of Arkansas.

Dustin started life as a developer, which influences his design. He draws on keen understanding, experience, seeing, and confidence to design with clean lines and strong user focus. Dustin has worked for many Fortune 500 companies, often employing user research to focus on usability. One of those companies being Microsoft. Dustin was recruited to work with Microsoft (Pioneer Studios Seattle) to help develop a User Interface for a Social Media Device that will launch in 2010.

Dustin’s many specialties all have “user experience” at their core. They include Branding, Interaction Design, User Interface Design, Website Design, Website Development, Graphic Design and Usability. His other skills also include: User Interface Prototyping, Storyboarding and Wireframing Scenarios, Information Architecture, Mobile Device Interaction and Social Device Interaction. Dustin is an amazingly well-rounded and an intelligent creative director. With a strong user experience background and deep understanding of the production process, Dustin is well equipped to conceive innovative websites, but also manage the execution of those ideas down to the pixel.

Dustin has been an expert in Web Design, User Experience, and Visual Design for over 12 years. He has been privileged to have either worked with or for Microsoft E&D, Microsoft Zune, Microsoft PMX, Microsoft Mobile, and TEAGUE (just to name a few).
